SHIPPING / REFUND policy

In the odd case that you do not love your MagicCanvas products, here is our policy on returns:

Currently, we don't host an exclusive return policy due to logistical reasons.

Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns are only processed within India and not for international orders.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product at getmagiccanvas@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to be able to give fair payments to our artists, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." If the frame is delivered damaged we will offer full refund of framing charges.

The MagicCanvas team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time within the next 2-3 days.

In case of Delay? Our courier always attempts to pick up the item(s) on or before the promised time. However, if they are unable to pick up the item(s) on time or if the customer is not available then the pickup will be attempted again, up to maximum of three times.

Please ensure that you pack your item with all the original packaging in the same way as it was delivered and that all the original tags and postcards are included.

Please ensure you collect the courier receipt at the time of pickup. This will contain an acknowledgement of the item and its accessories/parts.

We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. You will receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order – this will take time to reflect in your account as governed by your bank’s policies. Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to Rs 200 or 20% of product cost, whichever is lower.

Please note time taken for custom clearance is neither in our control or our courier partner's control, hence delivery time can increase if customs holds the shipment for any reason. International customers must note that our costs do not cover Custom Clearance Fees and Custom Duties. If applicable, these charges would be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery, or they might connect to you before delivery, for payments. These charges vary from country to country and subject to frequent changes - hence we can't give you an estimate of the same. However these are quite nominal and shouldn't break the bank. As we use shiprocket for international deliveries you can connect to their customer care in your country and take further information.
